Concierge Rates:

We would be happy to provide you with a quote or more information on any of our services.  Our fees are dependent on the size & duration of each project, and we may charge an hourly or a pre-determined flat rate. 

Please CLICK HERE to send us detailed information of your request.  Our Project Manager will contact you within 24 hours.  If your parents just called from the airport and will be arriving at your house in 4 hours – CLICK HERE to take advantage of our Ring the Bell service.  We’ll clean your house, leave fresh flowers in the guest room, fill up your fridge and uncork the wine in time for their arrival (or whatever other tasks you require in a hurry!!!)

24 Hour Rush Service:

24 Hour Bell Service rates start at $50/hour.  All inquiries and job requests to Double You received through the 24 Hour Bell Service will automatically be charged this premium.  Please ensure all non-urgent requests are sent to info@doubleyoubiz.com.

Policies:

DYBS invoices are due upon receipt.  All invoices 30+ days past due will be subject to 15% interest charges.  NSF cheque fee is $50, plus applicable bank charges. 
A detailed, signed contract is required before the commencement of each project. 

Additional costs such as postage, couriers, expenses & long distance calls are the responsibility of the client and will be added to the final invoice.  Grocery/shopping trips are C.O.D.
