Personal Shopper Rates:

 

Vancouver and Fraser Valley Personal Shopper rates are $35 CAN/billed hour.  Clients may wish to negotiate a flat rate fee, which we will happily accommodate.

Concierge Rates:

 

We would be happy to provide you with a quote or more information on any of our services.  Our fees are dependent on the size & duration of each project, and we may charge an hourly or a pre-determined flat rate.

Ring the Bell Service:


Ring the  Bell Service rates start at $50/hour.  All inquiries and job requests to Double You received through the Ring the Bell Service will automatically be charged this premium.  Please ensure all non-urgent requests are sent to info@doubleyoubiz.com.

 

Policies:


DYBS invoices are due upon receipt.  All invoices 30+ days past due will be subject to 15% interest charges.  NSF cheque fee is $50, plus applicable bank charges. 
A detailed, signed contract is required before the commencement of each project. 

Shopping clients are required to provide a deposit before shoping commences.  Gift items are reimbursed, time is invoiced.  All grocery/shopping/gift items are C.O.D.


Additional costs such as postage, couriers, expenses & long distance calls are the responsibility of the client and will be added to the final invoice.
