Double You Business Services was founded in 2004 by Kristi Ferguson, who lives just outside of Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada.  Kristi has over 15 years of professional administrative experience, with a solid background in multimedia and Recruitment Advertising/Marketing.  At the age of 19, Kristi attended an entrepreneur course for one year.  Here she learned all aspects of starting and running a successful business.  It was then  that visions of Double You were born.

 Double You began offering Virtual Assistant/ administrative assistance to clients in 2004... soon enough Kristi realized those same clients who required her assistance with administration, also needed help with everyday errands and gift shopping - after all, who has time to shop for themselves, never mind everyone else?!  The Concierge Division officially came to life in 2005, and has been the mainstay of our organization since.  Kristi's shopaholic-at-heart and creative flair are seen in the unique, custom-design gift basket and gift box service she provides.  Phone or email today to learn more about our personal shopping and gift design services!

Kristi’s team members include a variety of contractors and specialists she has made connections with over the years.  She is thrilled to know such a talented, diverse group of people and enjoys being able to call on the talents of many friends and associates.  Jeff,  Kristi's brother, continues to successfully run Double You's Vancouver and Fraser Valley  Mobile Bar Service.
